What is the return policy ?
- Every pair of LJ is made with great precision to the standard US and EUR size but in case the LJ delivered to you fails to live up to your expectations and you want to get it swapped for another size then please notify us within 48 hours of product being delivered to you.
- We do not provide Cash refund on any product sold. We only offer exchange.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping
- LJ reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
- LJ stands committed to accept only the unworn pairs. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Juttis bought during SALE period will not be exchanged or returned. So do make sure to check size chart before placing the order.
How to exchange ?
- We must receive the LJ's within 10 days from the date it was delivered to you in its original box packing.
- Ship the box back to us at the return address below. You can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like. Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered.
- The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you.
- Leave us an email at email@example.com or whatsapp us by clicking Chat with us button below informing us your name, order number and the size/style you wish to receive in exchange.
- It will take at least 10-15 business days to process the Exchanges. The Juttis can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable, you could then exchange it for another style of the same value.
- No refunds exchanges on International orders.
- Custom-made orders are non-exchangeable or refundable
